If you’re having trouble with flexibility or function anywhere in your body, then I recommend you try each of the mobility exercises listed for the area/exercise and choose the 3 – 4 that best address your issues, and do them 2 – 3 times per week. If you’re new to mobility work, you’ll be surprised at how much it can help.
TRX Ladder of Death
Body weight is all it takes. Delete distraction and zero in on a movement on the TRX, then add intensity. Work on a second movement, then a third, and ignite more muscles all while recreating what you already learned. An opportunity to give yourself advanced options, modifications, or variety in every round. All abilities and levels, but always high intensity.
