Jenna was born in a small Southern Vermont town where she and her older sister were always active and participating in sports. A three-sport (soccer, basketball and track) athlete in high school, Jenna focused mainly on track & field in which she was dubbed the “fastest girl in the State of Vermont” for her four-year career. Competing in the 100, 200, 100Hurdles, Triple Jump and Long Jump, Jenna quickly earned herself a full athletic scholarship to the University of Vermont. While at the University Jenna studied Nutrition and Food Sciences
Jenna then went on to complete a two-year assistantship while she received her Master’s of Education in Exercise Science. During her time there, Jenna worked with a world-renowned Exercise Physiologist. Among the many research studies and projects Jenna was involved in, she had the privilege of working on a nutrition and exercise forum with SELF-Magazine as well as co-authoring a college level kinesiology textbook.
In need of new scenery, Jenna decided to head out to Boulder to explore a new town and expand her horizon in the health and wellness field. In her free time Jenna enjoys the challenge of transitioning to a long-distance, competitive runner, hiking, bikram yoga, and skiing.
Jenna is a firm believer in knowing that “success means having the courage, the determination, and the will to become the person you were meant to be”.
